VIEW MORE RENTERS In its 11th season, Renters accompanies our much-loved professional Property Managers on their daily inspections. Some rentals show us why home is where the heart is - but others are disgusting, leaving the PMs to clean, repair - and in extreme cases – facilitate the eviction of tenants through the courts. We’ve got two new faces on board this season, with Zane from Wellington and Ben in Taupo - bringing us stories where Mother Nature reminds us who’s boss, and why being a PM and maintenance man rolled into one is great news for his owners. Whether it’s rats, dead and alive causing havoc, abandoned sex toys, sinkholes, festering fungi, or rubbish that’s alive, this season has it all.
